DLMC meeting held at Roing

ROING, May 19: Lower Dibang Valley Deputy Commissioner Deepak Shinde has stressed on proper monitoring of the projects under BADP and other schemes and requested all the executing agencies to maintain standard specification and adhere to the time frame for completion of projects.
He said this at a District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC) meeting held at Deputy Commissioner’s conference hall here on Friday.
DC also directed the respective administrative officers for inspection of project in their respective jurisdiction. He also instructed for early shifting of official and staffs at Parbuk and informed that CO office Parbuk will be fully functional soon.
He seriously viewed the delay in some projects under BADP 2016-17 and directed the agencies to resolve any problem, if any and start the works immediately. He also said that the project should be monitored properly at levels and reports submitted for assessment.
In the meeting, PRI members also expressed their opinion on proper monitoring of all developmental activities under taken in the district.
Various issues on accommodation problems at outpost administrative circles, infrastructures development project in Roing, new metering system for power consumers, maintenance of road to Iduli village, clearance of jungles at road sides and other issues were also discussed in the meeting.
The meeting was attended by ADC Chestha Yadav, ZPM Chairperson Sipi Elapara, ZPMs Kaling Pertin and Starson Saring, DPO Marto Dirchi, Administrative officers, HoDs and other PRI Leaders. DIPRO
